MGD reimagines four apartments into a contemporary residence for one. Tackling a tricky full gut renovation, MGD combined 3 bright south facing studios and a 1 bedroom apartment in a Rittenhouse Square co-op building into a contemporary home for a single woman physician requesting a city sanctuary.
